Visit the library to hear the musical group Timeless cover your favorite oldies tunes. Timeless incorporates choreography and comedy into their routine for added entertainment.  Bring a friend and reminence about the days when your first heard these songs.  

Join us for entertaining stories, humorous poems and out of this world "draw-along" characters.  Pencils and paper will be provided, as children will be encouraged to follow along with Jeff Nicholas as he guides them through drawing characters from his stories!

3-2-1 BLAST OFF! Together we’ll explore a Universe of Stories, featuring tales of the moon and stars from around the world. As always, there will be lots of opportunities for  audience participation — from making sound effects to creative movement to using fun props and costumes in the telling of the story. This program is sure to be out of this world!

Bring a pair of flip-flops and dress them up in your summer style. Supplies will be available for you to use to decorate your sandals. Children are welcome to attend, but must be accompanied by an adult.

Join us for a special evening with Craig Williams, NASA Glenn Researcher as he talks about the 50th anniversary of the landing of the lunar module Eagle on July 20, 1969.   Mr. Williams will also discuss the role that NASA Glenn played in the lunar missions.

Join us as we make a fun craft.   

We will be making Sharpie watercolor coasters. 

This program is family friendly.  Children 8 years and older may participate with adult supervision. 

Outback Ray presents his Amazing Animal Show for children ages 5 to 12 and their families. This show combines educational facts and hands on experience with a variety of animals.

Children ages 5-12 can join us for a visit from the Akron ZooMobile with live animals from their education animal ambassador program.

Join us as Mad Science of Northeast Ohio presents Destination Moon!  Together we will explore space travel, as we near the 50th anniversary of the landing of the first human on the Moon during NASA's Apollo 11 mission.
