Drop in after school for the Tween craft of the week. Grab and go supplies are available at the Children’s desk. Grades 4-8.

Kids can bring a variety of trading cards, such as Pokemon cards, Yu-Gi-Oh cards, Bakugan Battle Brawlers and cards and more to the library to share, battle, and with parental permission, trade!

Children are invited to practice their reading skills with trained therapy dogs on the fourth Saturday of each month from 11:00 am - noon.

Reading aloud to a therapy dog, in a friendly, non-critical environment can help reduce stress and anxiety, and build a child's confidence, as well as improve fluency, focus and help promote the joy of reading.  

No reservations necessary!

Winter/Spring 2020 Dates: January 25, February 22, March 28, April 25 & May 23
