Visit the library to create a variety of holiday crafts. All ages will be welcome to stop by the lobby of the library. 

Stop by the library on Saturday, November 4, to join the Art Bomb Brigade in celebrating the new mural installed on the south face of the library.  We will meet outside (weather permitting) or in the Spillette Meeting Room starting at 1:00pm.  All ages are welcome to the celebration to learn more about the Art Bomb Brigade, enter the coloring contest, and enjoy light refreshments.

This month, Kim Mosyjowski, a co-founder and coordinator for the Teen Pride Network, will join us. Teen Pride Network is a collaborative project with AkronPFLAG, GLSEN NEO, CANAPI, and the UU church of Akron They work together to give LGBTQ+ teens ages 13-18 safe social events and offer leadership training. This program is for students in grades 7-12.
 

Students in grades 7-12 will learn about hygge, the Danish concept of coziness and warmth in togetherness. Take some time to unwind and experience gratitude as a way to relax before the busy holiday season.

Students in grades 7-12, get creative! Make whatever you dream up with a variety of provided craft supplies.

Valentines Day doesn't just have to be about romance. Celebrate your friends at our Pal-entines Day program. Make a Pal-entine, sample chocolates, and we'll talk about our favorite friendships in books, movies and tv. This program is for students in grades 7-12.

Students in grades 7-12 can join us to watch The Princess Bride. This film is rated PG and is 1 hour 38 minutes long.

Students in grades 7-12 can join us for activities and help us make decisions about teen programming. This month we will be painting mini pumpkins.
