Full STEAM Ahead, is a program designed to introduce young children to the concepts and skills they need to be successful as they grow. Incorporate subjects like science, technology, engineering, art and math into your play routine with your child and watch their universe expand!

Get out of the house and come play some video games! Let out some STEAM by designing, creating, and destroying life-size structures with Angry Birds or test your arcade skills in a life-size game of Pac-man. This program is for children in grades K-8.

Calling all Diary of a Wimpy Kid fans! Play games like Wimpy Kid Trivia and the Cheese Touch Game and earn Mom Bucks that can be redeemed for fun prizes! This program is for children in grades K-8.
Learn fun facts about worms and make a worm craft. Then cheer your worm on to victory in Barberton Public Library’s first ever Worm Races! Worms will be provided. No need to bring your own. This program is for children in grades K-8.
Join us for entertaining stories, humorous poems and out of this world "draw-along" characters. Pencils and paper will be provided, as children will be encouraged to follow along with Jeff Nicholas as he guides them through drawing characters from his stories!
3-2-1 Blast off to the library, as we kick off this summer’s Universe of Fun! Join us for out of this world stories, games, crafts and a special snack. 
3-2-1 BLAST OFF! Together we’ll explore a Universe of Stories, featuring tales of the moon and stars from around the world. As always, there will be lots of opportunities for audience participation — from making sound effects to creative movement to using fun props and costumes in the telling of the story. This program is sure to be out of this world!
