As Customer Services Manager, Melissa oversees the daily operations of the Library's Customer Services Department. She is responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling Library Assistants and Pages. In addition to performing customer service duties related to the circulation of Library materials at the public service desk, Melissa resolves customer concerns and other issues related to patron accounts. Melissa also oversees the scheduling of meeting rooms for community members and organizations, collects and reports monthly and annual statistics for the Board of Trustees, and manages the Library's involvement in interlibrary loans through CLEVNET.
