Learn To Carve Fruits and Vegetables with Chef Alford

Chef Richard Alford is a Professor of Culinary Arts at the University of Akron. He is a talented fruit & vegetable carver, ice sculptor, tallow and chocolate artist. Chef is an advocate for community arts through education. He has organized many education programs and is the founder of the Collegiate National Ice Carving Competition.
