The Local History Room is always in need of volunteers to help with special historical projects. We welcome volunteers of all ages from teenagers through senior citizens. If you have an interest in local history or genealogy, this may be a perfect opportunity for you to provide service to your library and have fun in the process. No prior knowledge of history is needed to become a volunteer. It is helpful if you have some typing or computer knowledge, but it is not necessary. We should be able to find a project that meets your skills and interests. So, if you have some extra time to spare, please consider joining our team of volunteers.
