Barberton Inn

~THE BARBERTON INN~

The Barberton Inn was a luxurious hotel that stood on the shores of Lake Anna.  It occupied the entire block in downtown Barberton between Tuscarawas Avenue and West Park Avenue and Fourth Street and Fifth Street. It was constructed of wood, stone, and brick.  There were 46 guest rooms and 25 special rooms.  The Inn was open from 1895 to 1915, when it was closed and razed, because it was unprofitable.
