Susanne administers all aspects of the Technical Services Department. She catalogs library materials and works with other librarians to keep the catalog is excellent condition. As the department manager, Susanne keeps statistics and library records, trains and supervises technical services staff, and recommends policies and procedures. She is also responsible for ordering books and audiovisual materials, replacing and updating titles, and maintaining and repairing library materials. Susanne is also happy to assist customers at the reference desk or Community Health Branch as needed.
