Denise Karam
Appointed by and reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, the Fiscal Officer administers the financial responsibilities of the Library. She also works to ensure compliance with statutes of the State of Ohio, state auditing requirements, and establishes sound financial practices and policies.
As a native of Barberton, Denise grew up using (and loving!) her hometown library. She is dedicated to using her skills to help the Barberton Public Library continue in its role as an active and vital part of the community. Presently, Denise serves as the Vice President-Club of the Rotary Club of Barberton.
