As Building Superintendent Jim is responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and repairing the building and much of the equipment inside and outside the building. Jim supervises staff, coordinates and consults with outside contractors and service providers, as well as ordering supplies. Jim also serves as the safety coordinator, ensuring complaince with OSHA and other state and federal safety guidelines and regulations.
